Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the product to answer customer questions across various areas.
Analyze how customers use services, make recommendations based on customer needs, and provide feedback to business and development teams.
Who You Are:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Support or similar position.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Experience supporting products in desktop application environments (macOS, Windows, Linux).
Ability to reproduce client issues and lead debug sessions in live calls with customers.
Effectively collect debug information to facilitate problem-solving (logs, memory dumps, etc.).
Knowledge in cloud environments (e.g., AWS), networking, and storage.
Experience setting up a multi-host environment (e.g., virtualization) to reproduce complex setups.
