One of our partners, a rapidly expanding global e-commerce scale-up, is currently looking for a highly skilled Team Lead/Manager proficient in PHP. With teams operating across four continents, their core focus revolves around providing state-of-the-art technology solutions in the industry.
As a Team Lead/Manager, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of resolving intricate technical and business challenges and spearheading the expansion of their SaaS onto new platforms. Are you the Team Lead/Manager we are looking for?
The Role
-Guiding the team within an agile setting, maintaining open communication with the Product Manager, optimizing task distribution, and preparing the team for future growth.
-Establishing KPIs to guarantee the successful achievement of our business objectives.
- Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders including DevOps, front-end and back-end developers, the R&D Manager, and the CEO.
- Being an integral part of the team responsible for constructing and expanding our API.
Who you are
-Proven experience in guiding a team.
-Proficiency in PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
-Familiarity with MySQL and NoSQL.
-If you are skilled in containerization - Docker Containers and K8s, it's a plus.
-Knowledge of cloud services like AWS are highly advantageous.
