• You will design, develop, and implement mobile applications for the insurance industry on Android platforms.
•Your role will involve close collaboration with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the applications meet business requirements and enhance the customer experience.
•You'll be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Kotlin within native mobile ecosystems.
•Collaborate with software architects to define solution architecture and diagrams.
•Optimize applications for performance, usability, and security, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile development by working closely with cross-functional teams.
•Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile development to ensure we stay ahead.
•Conduct regular code reviews for less experienced developers, offering constructive feedback and suggestions.
•Maintain transparent communication on development progress with project leaders.
Who you are:
• You have s minimum of 5 years' experience as a mobile developer with expertise in Kotlin.
•Proven experience in mobile development, with a preference for familiarity with the insurance services industry.
•Proficiency in mobile development ecosystems centered around Kotlin.
•A deep understanding of mobile development technologies, including mobile user interface design, data storage, and application architecture.
•Experience with the mobile application development lifecycle, spanning development, testing, and deployment.
•Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless teamwork with cross-functional groups.
•The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with React Native and/or Flutter is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
