So whilst the past year has been very chaotic for everyone, we’ve certainly not stood still - Rational Resourcing has now completed (well, mostly) our transition to Found Recruitment Group.
We’re really excited about this evolution, but rest assured we still have the same great team behind us… just with a fresh new brand and bolstered with cutting-edge technology, huge plans for the future, and even our first International office in the works!
Our capacity has been expanded to deliver a full service, multi-disciplinary solution to meet the wider business and technology needs of our clients. We’re well known for our deep specialism, and we’ve grouped our focus areas across 5 core practices:

Our services remain largely unaffected, just bigger and better – Permanent, Contract, and our new premium offering Summit. Above all though, we still put the emphasis on the ‘human element’ in everything we do.
